Krankengymnastik
Top! Erstklassiges Konzept, viel Analyse und Ursachenforschung und gezielte Übungen. Dazu fachlich kompetent, alles wird gut und verständlich erklärt. Nach Jahren der Irrwege im Krankengymnastikdschungel habe ich hier die fehlenden Puzzleteile zur Verbesserung meiner langjährigen Rückenprobleme gefunden. Zu jedem Termin bin ich gerne hingegangen, weil es immer etwas mitzunehmen gab und es einen Schritt nach vorne ging. Allerdings muss man motiviert sein und vieles in Eigenregie umsetzen, aber genau das war der Schlüssel. Von nichts kommt nichts. Nach 2 Verordnungen (innerhalb von 6 Monaten) war der Erfolg schon spürbar, allerdings mit den täglichen Übungen im Hintergrund. Wer aktiv für sich etwas tun will und noch den passenden Weg sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Nachhaltiges und gut umsetzbares Konzept, wo keiner überfordert wird. Effektiver als jedes 20minütige "durchkneten" (auch wenn das für den Momant sicher angenehm ist, aber langfristig meist nicht hilfreich). Danke an das Team und besonders an Rafa! Weiter so!!!
