The movement principle underlying Spiraldynamik® is a three-dimensional form of movement between two poles, which runs like a thread through the functional anatomy of the human movement system. Behind all the structures in the ‘human blueprint’ there is a comprehensible system. This is not a new invention – but has been made usable by Spiraldynamik® experts: clearly defined and practically applicable.
      As an “evolutionary instruction manual for your own body”, Spiraldynamik® makes healthy and meaningful movements from head to toe understandable and learnable. Moving “according to the blueprint” means knowing your own body and movement intelligence and developing your own potential. Most people need information, perception training, very targeted exercises and the integration of what they have learned into a movement relevant to everyday life. You will receive these in Spiraldynamik® therapy, movement and consultation sessions.

    • Pelvic floor therapy according to Tanzberger

      The Tanzberger concept offers a specialized form of physiotherapy for the prevention and treatment of dysfunctions of the pelvic floor and the continence system. It is aimed at men, women and, in special cases, children who experience problems such as incontinence, urge symptoms or consequences after surgical interventions in the pelvic area.
      About the concept

      Developed by Renate Tanzberger, this concept is based on extensive physiotherapeutic methods that target the muscular and organic work processes of the healthy continence system as well as the functional anatomy of the pelvic floor sphincter system. The therapy includes imparting knowledge about the pelvic floor, adapting behavior in everyday life, perception training and individually adapted exercises.
