    Termine erst nach 3 Monaten und dies wird noch nicht mal bestätigt

    Die Mitarbeiter weigerten sich strikt, auf meiner (Privat-)Rechnung die verzögerte Terminvergabe zu bestätigen. Ich hatte die Termine Mitte Oktober 2022 vereinbart. Früher gab es keine. Kennt man und ich habe damit kein Problem. Aber eine Bestätigung für diese Verzögerung kann ich ja wohl erwarten, da ansonsten meine private Kasse die Rechnung nicht erstatten würde. Für mich ist die Verweigerung dieses einen Satzes auf der Rechnung absolut nicht nachvollziehbar. Das ist kein Kundenservice. Angeblich Anweisung der Geschäftsleitung. Falls dies jemand von der GL liest: Mal über das Unternehmenskonzept nachdenken. Meinen Freunden, Bekannten und Geschätspartnern werde ich dieses Unternehmen jedenfalls nicht mehr empfehlen. Es gibt noch genügend Mitbewerber.
