Manual lymphatic drainage is a gentle massage technique used to reduce swelling in various parts of the body. It stimulates lymph flow and reduces edema and swelling. It is particularly effective after surgery, in cases of lymphedema, or venous congestion.

Neurophysiological physiotherapy is specifically designed for patients with neurological disorders. It promotes rehabilitation after a stroke, in cases of multiple sclerosis, or other diseases of the central nervous system through specific movement patterns and facilitation.

Device-assisted physiotherapy (KG-Gerät) utilizes specialized medical training equipment for targeted strengthening and mobilization. Under therapeutic guidance, strength, endurance, and coordination are systematically developed. This form of therapy is particularly effective for orthopedic conditions and is conducted in a group of up to three patients.

Respiratory therapy improves lung function and breathing technique in various conditions. Through specific exercises and techniques, breathing is optimized, secretions are mobilized, and oxygenation is improved. It is particularly helpful for COPD, asthma, and other respiratory diseases.

Craniomandibular dysfunction is a general term for movement disorders of the temporomandibular joint. These can be alleviated through physiotherapeutic techniques.

Pelvic floor therapy treats functional disorders of the pelvic floor muscles. This specialized form of therapy helps with incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse, and other pelvic floor problems. Targeted exercises strengthen the muscles and alleviate symptoms.

Thermotherapy, using heat and cold applications, relieves pain and supports healing. Heat therapy relaxes muscles and promotes blood circulation, while cold applications inhibit inflammation and reduce swelling. Both methods optimally complement other therapeutic measures.

The standard health insurance coverage ends after 20 minutes, during which documentation is also required – but you deserve more. Treat yourself to an additional 10 minutes of treatment immediately following your therapy! Feel free to ask us about it.

T-RENA (Training-Therapeutic Rehabilitation Aftercare) is a structured aftercare program offered by the German Pension Insurance following medical rehabilitation. Participants train in small groups under the guidance of a physiotherapist to consolidate and maintain the rehabilitation gains in the long term. A prescription must be issued during the rehabilitation program. It is valid for six months and can be extended once for another six months. The prescription is valid from the date of issue. To be eligible for an extension, you must complete all sessions within the initial six-month period.

"Prehab" is short for prehabilitation, a concept that aims to improve physical condition before surgery or other demanding therapies through targeted training. The goal is to increase functional capacity to better tolerate the procedure and accelerate recovery after treatment.
