The Physical Therapy and Running Therapy Center, known as PULZ for short, has been in existence since 1997. Since then, PULZ has pursued an active therapy concept. The spacious and modernly equipped training area is the heart of the facility.
A team of 19 specialists cares for those seeking advice.
PULZ is one of three "Certified McKenzie Clinics" in Germany.

McKenzie
When assessing and treating musculoskeletal complaints, the therapists at PULZ in Rieselfeld primarily work according to the McKenzie system.
There are currently eight certified McKenzie therapists working at PULZ.
Only in the USA are there centers with more trained therapists.
PULZ is one of three CERTIFIED McKENZIE CLINICS in Germany
What does this mean?
At least one therapist in the team has the highest international McKenzie qualification, the Diploma in MDT (Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy).
The therapists at PULZ are certified McKenzie therapists or are in training to become one.
Examination and therapy are based on the principles of the McKenzie concept: - Therapy decisions are based on scientific findings - Emphasis is placed on the patient's personal responsibility - Self-treatment is paramount - Patient books are available to provide patients with the best possible information.
Internal training courses for all employees take place weekly. Participation in external training courses is supported and scientific work is actively promoted.
The certification is reviewed annually by the McKenzie Institute. -
Return to Activity test program
Would you like to return to sport after an injury or surgery, but are unsure whether the injured structure is well prepared for this strain?
The Return to Activity (RTAA©) test program, developed by sports rehabilitation experts, provides information about your current resilience for sport or work. Using the test results, we can adapt, plan, and manage your training together with you.
You will complete up to four test levels. Based on the test results for each level, we can directly derive training-therapeutic consequences. You will then receive exercises to prepare you for the next level.
