T-Rena
As an approved T-RENA® facility, we tailor our aftercare programs to each individual rehabilitation patient. At T-RENA®, a trained therapist typically provides targeted instruction in the exercises and equipment used in medical training therapy. The patient receives exercises relevant to their specific condition and practices them a sufficient number of times to ensure proper recall and execution. Group training sessions are also conducted under professional supervision, so a competent contact person is always available to answer any questions.

PHYSIO-TRAINING
PHYSIO-TRAINING is a new concept for sustainable health maintenance. It was developed for particularly common musculoskeletal disorders such as back or joint pain. PHYSIO-TRAINING bridges the gap between physiotherapy and conventional strength training on machines. The training programs are individually tailored to each person and led by specially trained instructors in small groups.

Schroth scoliosis therapy
In scoliosis, the torso is deformed in three dimensions. Scoliosis therapy divides the upper body into three stacked sections: the pelvic girdle, the rib cage, and the shoulder girdle. The goal of treatment is to realign these three sections vertically by achieving maximum and active spinal extension, thus restoring the body to its normal balance.
The therapist will work with you to develop a therapy plan consisting of specific strengthening and breathing exercises designed to correct the spinal curvature. These exercises will help you effectively integrate the therapy into your daily routine.
However, the therapy requires just as much sensitivity from the therapist as it does self-discipline and body awareness from the patient.
