Physiotherapy Center
Classic physiotherapy treatment options include therapeutic exercises (also based on neurophysiological principles), manual therapy, manual lymphatic drainage, therapeutic exercise with equipment, and classic massage therapy. Your doctor may also prescribe additional treatments such as mud packs, ultrasound, or electrotherapy. After an assessment has been carried out based on the prescription, your therapist will work with you to develop an individualized treatment plan.

Osteopathy practice
What is osteopathy? The body has a perfect interplay of muscles, bones, and organs. If this system is disrupted, an imbalance can occur, which manifests as pain and can also affect the organs. Osteopathy is also known as the "helping hands" method. Through gentle manipulation and skilled pressure techniques, blockages can be carefully released to activate the body's self-healing powers.
Help is also available for our youngest patients: Many problems arise at birth. Misalignment of the skull bones can lead to constriction of blood vessels and nerves, creating tension in the body. Since infants cannot yet communicate, osteopaths are the ideal interpreters. They can use their hands to feel blockages, gently release them, and thus alleviate discomfort or potentially prevent future problems. -
Center for Therapy & Sport
Medical Training Therapy: With us, you also have the opportunity to strengthen and stretch your muscles, train your balance, and improve your endurance. Want to stay fit or do something for your back? Then our modern medical training therapy is just right for you.
Our Course Program: Movement is life! Our well-rounded course program will get you fit and flexible together with others. With our "Active Hour - Balance or Power & Balance," you can strengthen your back and keep your joints flexible with gentle exercises, but also, if you wish, push yourself to your limits, stretch, work your fascia, and focus on your inner balance. With our special "GolfPhysioTraining," we optimally prepare you for the next golf season. -
Time for relaxation & additional offers
Classic Massage: Classic massage is the oldest form of healing in the world. Treat yourself or your loved ones to a classic massage to release tension and relieve pain. An aromatherapy massage will transport you to another world. Eucalyptus, lavender, lemon, mint – essential oils can influence our mood and enhance our well-being.
Fascial Therapy: Fascia is a tightly woven network that connects all parts of the body – experience the benefits of fascial therapy.
Foot Reflexology: A foot reflexology massage can positively influence your entire body.
Kinesio Taping: Get back in shape for sports, work, leisure, and everyday life with kinesiology tape. -
Indoor Golf Garmisch
Golfing fun on the simulator: Simply stop walking, park your bag casually in the corner of the teeing area, and play Pebble Beach with friends. Our intelligent software and launch monitor offer all passionate golfers the opportunity to play 170,000 courses worldwide in 3D.
Swing analysis with Trackman: We measure just about everything! The Trackman 4 delivers highly sophisticated swing analyses with all the data on impact, launch direction, and ball trajectory. Radar, cameras, and videos show you precisely where you can still improve.
Golf & Training Season Pass: Take advantage of our season offer – play golf or train on the golf simulator once a week and enjoy unlimited, free use of our medical training therapy.
