The best medicine for the coming season is SPORT !

Winter is just around the corner and who doesn't know it, already in autumn when the days get shorter, the time of bad mood, sadness and loneliness begins. But that all ends when you motivate yourself to do a little sport.

So have you laughed today? If not, get your sports clothes out of the closet and if so, do it because it will make you even happier!

Here are a few reasons why sport makes you happy:

Feelings of happiness through movement

Just a hop run releases endorphins in your body. This means that if you do a sporting session, it will give you a lot of feelings of happiness and bring a bit of light into the dark season.

Exercise boosts self-confidence

After a run, jog, workout, swimming or other sports session, you often feel much better. You feel free of thoughts and are proud of yourself. The feeling strengthens your self-confidence and leaves your inner self-critic in the shadows.

Exercise reduces stress

After a stressful day at work, you would like to lie down on the couch and not move anymore. If you motivate yourself and pack your sports gear again and go out, you will get into a rhythm of tension and relaxation on a regular basis. This rhythm keeps your body fit and ensures mental well-being.

Susceptibility to addiction is combated

The happiness hormone dopamine is not only released through exercise, it is also released through alcohol, drugs, sex or food. This is why some people become addicted to this feeling of happiness.
Since exercise distracts from the actual craving, exercise in a small way can help you reduce addictive cravings.

Of course, all of this is easier said than done. Sometimes it's really difficult to get up to exercise. However, try to bring in some regularity. For example, doing a small exercise session at least twice a week after work or before (whichever suits you better). Above all, try not to find excuses. Trust us, you will be so proud of yourself afterwards.

But above all, HAPPY ! :)
