Terms of use of Zebra und Freunde UG (limited liability) for the internet offerings it operates as part of the “physiofinder.info” system

  1. By using this service you accept the terms of use.

  2. These terms of use and disclaimers also apply as part of all those Internet offerings from Zebra und Freunde UG from which reference was made to this page.

  3. physiofinder.Info is generally available free of charge to both practice operators (hereinafter referred to as “operators”) and visitors. Zebra und Freunde UG reserves the right to exclude operators or visitors from the system and to delete or change content without giving reasons and without prior notice. This applies in particular to illegal or immoral content.

  4. physiofinder.Info strives to ensure the best possible functionality of its service. However, Zebra und Freunde UG is not liable for damages or lost income due to errors, failures or shutdown of the system.

  5. No content or system components may be published elsewhere without the consent of Zebra und Freunde UG.

  6. An operator who does not wish to be featured on physiofinder.Info will be deleted from the editorial team. Please let us know using the contact form.

  7. physiofinder.Info tries to use numerous instruments and measures to provide the content and information offered in the best possible quality and to constantly improve it. However, all information is provided without guarantee. The majority of information comes directly from companies and visitors to the site. Zebra und Freunde UG is not liable for the accuracy, completeness or topicality of the published information (texts, data, prices, images, etc.). Furthermore, no liability is assumed for the content linked to in this system (links to external sites).

  8. All users of the system (both operators and visitors) agree that all content and information (text, data, images, etc.) which they enter or confirm may be freely published both on the Internet and in printed form. In particular, the content can be displayed not only on physiofinder.Info, but also on other sites (e.g. as part of content sharing). The users guarantee that they are the owners of all rights to the content they enter and grant Zebra and Friends UG a right to use this content with no restrictions on subject matter, space and time. By providing (uploading) images or other data, the user expressly declares that this data does not infringe any rights of third parties and does not violate any legal provisions. The provider further declares that he has the necessary copyright, image and photo rights for the provision and that he will hold our company and its relatives harmless against claims from third parties.

Zebra und Freunde UG reserves the right - if it appears necessary or sensible for legal reasons - without notifying the user, but while respecting copyright, to delete or change the authors' content in whole or in part.

The place of jurisdiction is the headquarters of Zebra and Friends UG. These conditions also apply if the websites are used from outside the European Union or outside Germany, regardless of the nationality of the user.

  15. Zebra and Friends UG reserves the right to change these conditions at any time.

  16. If parts of these terms of use do not comply with applicable law, the remaining parts remain unaffected in their content and validity and the invalid part is deemed to be replaced by one that reflects the meaning and purpose of the invalid part or the will of the party in a legally effective manner next comes.

Conditions of use of Zebra and Friends UG

for the Internet services operated by it within the system “physiofinder.info”

  1. By using this service you accept the conditions of use.

  2. These conditions of use and disclaimers of liability are also applicable as part of all Internet services of Zebra und Freunde UG from which you have been referred to this page.

  3. On principle, physiofinder.info is available to physiotherapists (in the following called “operator”) as well as to visitors free of charge. Zebra and Friends UG reserves the right to ban operators or visitors from the system without giving reasons and without prior announcements and to delete or modify contents. This applies in particular to illegal or immoral contents.

  4. Zebra and friends UG strives towards the best possible functionality of its service. Zebra und Freunde UG, however, is not liable for damages arisen or income lost on account of defects, failures or discontinuation of the system.

  5. Contents or system components must not be published elsewhere without the consent of Zebra und Freunde UG.

  6. An operator that does not wish to be presented on physiofinder.info will be deleted by the editors. In this case, please send a communication using the contact form.

  7. physiofinder.info attempts to make available in the best possible quality and to constantly improve the contents and information offered through a large number of instruments and measures. No responsibility, however, is accepted for the accuracy of the information. The majority of the information comes directly from operators and visitors. Zebra und Freunde UG is not liable for the accuracy, completeness and timeliness of the information published (texts, data, prices, pictures, etc.). No responsibility is accepted for contents of linked web sites (links to external pages).

  8. All users of the system (operators as well as visitors) accept that all contents and information (texts, data, pictures, etc.) entered or confirmed by them may be published in the Internet and in printed form. The contents may in particular be shown not only on www.physiofinder.info, but on other sites as well (eg in the framework of content sharing). The users guarantee to be the holders of all rights to the contents entered and to grant Zebra und Freunde UG a right to use these contents without restriction in terms of material, space and time. By allocating (uploading) of pictures or other data, the user explicitly confirms that this does not infringe on third parties rights and does not infringe on law. Further the user declares that he has the required copyrights/moral rights for the provision at his disposal, and holds our business and its members indemnified against loss and lawsuits.

  9. The users guarantee that the contents entered by them are not confidential and are not in breach of applicable law. Zebra und Freunde UG reserves the right – as far as it seems necessary or useful for legal reasons – to completely or partially delete or modify contents of the authors without announcing this to the users, but without prejudice to the copyright.

  10. Essential parts of the contents of this system are not administered by the editors, but also by operators or visitors. Illegal or objectionable contents may be reported to the editors quickly and easily through a report system integrated in the system and will be deleted as quickly as possible after examination by the editors. In this context, use the appropriate contact forms. A complete and immediate examination of all contents (which are partly constantly changing), however, is not possible. The respective authors themselves are responsible for the legality of the contents. The publication of information through Zebra und Freunde UG and/or the calling of such information by the user do not constitute a binding information or advice. The users agree to use these contents at their own risk. The same is valid for the parts of the system that may be edited by anyone, this is public communication.

  11. The users are not allowed to collect or to publish other user's personal data or information.

  12. The contact forms available in the system must only be used for the purpose respectively intended (eg inquiry to an operator). The use of these forms for sending advertising messages or spam emails is forbidden.

  13. To the extent permissible by law, Zebra und Freunde UG is not liable for damages caused by viruses or other data organizations in the contents presented on the Web sites.

  14. The law of the Republic of Germany is applicable unless any internationally binding legal dispositions conflict with it. Place of jurisdiction is the registered office of Zebra und Freunde UG. These conditions will also be valid when the Web sites are used outside the European Union or outside Germany regardless of the user's nationality.

  15. Zebra and Friends UG reserves the right to modify these conditions at any time.

  16. If any provisions of these conditions of use do not comply with the applicable law, the content and the validity of the other provisions will remain unaffected by this and the invalid provision shall be considered to be replaced by such a legally valid provision coming nearest to the economic purpose intended by the invalid provision and/or the parties.
